✨️💪🏽👌🏽 If it's one thing I will definitely do is challange myself! Been on this journey for so long it's become a lifestyle! That's the point. Through the ups, the downs, all the challenges and set backs, I kept showing up.

Sometimes it takes something significant to make you truly lock in and mine was getting my HBA1C checked (A story for another time). Down 17lbs and about to gain some more muscle while losing even more body fat! Health is wealth!

Everyday is an opportunity to better yourself so make the best of it!

#LifeisGood Worked hard to become the woman I am today & I am still a work in progress but I have never been more secure or sure about what I DO NOT WANT! In life we always focus on what we want (which is a good thing) but knowing what you do not want is equally or even more important.

My boundaries and standards have been tested in every aspect of life. Friends, business, romantic relationships and everything in between but I am grateful for all of it because it has set me up for what I know is going to be the best chapter of my life to come! I do not and will not rush or force anything! If it's not loving, nurturing or supporting me naturally, I don't want it!

I give thanks for the amazing life I have lived so far and look forward to the things ahead! #Gratitude #Happiness #Blessings #PositiveEnergy

"Jenifer Lewis thought my outfit was fabulous" 🤭🫠

While covering the 2026 Marcus Garvey Celebration, I was randomly just capturing some B-roll footage and this happened 😁. Imagine I do not even have a full picture of my outside as it was a last minute choice and I had it since my son's 1st bday (4yrs ago).

The point of this post is, you never know how others will see you. Especially when you didn't even think it was a big deal! You are always a big deal! I felt confident of course but I definitely was not studying my outfit that day!

If anyone told me this year I would be on the road in a Kadooment costume I would call them a liar 🤣🤣🤣 Haven't jumped in maybe over 10yrs 🙆🏽‍♀️🤭. My plan was a pants and shirt while capturing my content! #MsConservative 🫠😏

Thanks to the @colorzentevents team for this unplanned moment! I am back!! 😁😁😁

Look out for DJ Diamond for Crop Over 2027! 🔥🔥🔥

👑🎉🎂💃🏽🥂🎁🎊🎈 IT'S MY BIRTHDAY 😁 Happy Birthday To Me!!!! I am sooo grateful to see another year! Sometimes in life we forget how much of a blessing it is to celebrate us, to rise in the morning and rest at night, only to then see another day and get another chance at this thing called life!

🥂 Cheers to another year! May this next chapter be filled with even more wins, celebrations, laughs, achievements, love and all the good things life has to offer! Thank you Lord for seeing me through! Loving on the woman I was, now am and the woman I am about to become!!! 🙌🏽
