Noah plays baseball at @gsu_base . ⚾

Fall ball got heavy — practices stacked up, a lot of guys were struggling. Noah stayed healthy.

We fixed his fueling. Body fat came down, he moved better. Now we're building his weight back up with muscle, holding that same body fat, heading into spring.

That's the job of fueling — still being on the field when the workload tries to break you.

📌 Save this for your next heavy training block

👇 In-season, what breaks first for you — energy, weight, or health?

Flying Squirrels 6
Baysox 5

Did you ever think you’d see Bikini Bottom on Mountain Time? I sure didn’t! The Baysox showed off their SpongeBob themed jerseys for their Sunday afternoon showdown with the Richmond Flying Squirrels. They fell just short of a comeback win, dropping the contest 6-5. Plankton’s empire may have won this one, but there were still plenty of positives to take away from the game.

The main positive was the return of Mountain Time. Felix Bautista returned to the mound as part of his recovery from last year’s shoulder surgery. After everything he’s been through, it was great to see Felix enter to Omar’s whistle again and pitch. Regardless of how he did, it was just awesome to see him back on the mound. I consider that a win in and out of itself.

On the day, Aron Estrada and Wehiwa Aloy clobbered home runs. They went a combined 4-for-9. Vance Honeycutt had a big day going 2-for-3 with 2 runs scored and 2 walks. Sebastian Gongora had a monstrous day out of the bullpen, going 6 innings and allowing just one hit and no runs.

Enjoy these photos of a Bikini Bottom takeover on Mountain Time at Prince George’s Stadium!

I can’t believe it’s already been two weeks since I drove myself to Nashville for KaiCon! I spent two amazing days learning from some of the best! I didn’t get pictures of everybody, but I wanted to share these. Thank you to everyone who helped make this such a special event! I learned so much, made some great new friends, and came home with fresh inspiration and more clarity for my life! It was the perfect way to begin 2026! @paulreddickirl @brettmanning_ss @bookthinkers @ericthayne @diamynhall @marshall_goldsmith

Started by listening and taking notes to a presentation. Then meeting Diamyn in person taking his words to heart. Then putting what he told into action. #alwayslearning #surroundyourselfwithgoodpeople #motivation #consistancy
