What some of you might not know…

My coach is also my best friend, this was a learning process for both of us.
My first competition, his first time putting an athlete on stage.

Oh boy did we learn a lot, about the sport, eachother, our relationship.
But now, all I’ve got left to say is THANK YOU! 🙏🏼
We did it! Tested in every way, but unwavering love keeps us besties. Thanks for being my brother in this life, I appreciate you more then words can say 🥺. @fidelesfit

And then on to my girls…
I’m balling my eyes out while I write this, because how these women have showed up for me in the past months is life changing.
In prep, you can feel like a terrible friend, daughter, colleague.. Because prep needs all your attention, not for a few hours, but months on end. There’s no room to show up like you would normally.
I tried to communicate this as honestly as I could. I’m still in shock about how my girls did not waver one bit and carried me through this.
I’m the luckiest woman alive with you girls in my life 🥺.

Lastly… my mom, everyone who knows me, knows how immensely supportive my mom is.
In my prep, her health took a big swing and I’ve never felt more selfish staying focused on bodybuilding.
She took charge and pushed me to only focus on my goal… I always have and always will admire you not just as my mom, but as a person.
Nothing is impossible when you talk to her, saying I’m lucky to have you is an understatement ❤️ @inge_van_opbergen
