☀️ International Yoga Day. The Summer Solstice. A Celebration of Light.

We came together to honor one of the most beautiful moments of the year — a time when the sun’s energy is at its peak, filling the world with vitality, clarity, and inspiration.
Together, we completed 108 Sun Salutations, creating a powerful field of unity, presence, and connection. 🙏🏼
The sun is the source of life, light, and joy. Through the practice of Surya Namaskar, we do more than move our bodies — we align with this energy, open our hearts to gratitude, and awaken the light within.
A heartfelt thank you to Kira, Natali, Tori, Diana, and Arcana Retreat Center for helping create such a beautiful space of support, inspiration, and community. 🤍
What made this gathering even more meaningful is that it became not only a celebration of yoga, but also an act of kindness. All proceeds were donated to charity.
Each of us contributed to something greater than ourselves, offering a small part of our light to those who truly need support.
From the bottom of my heart, I thank my teachers, the lineage of this wisdom, and the ancient tradition of yoga for the profound impact it has had on my life and on the lives of millions of people around the world.
✨ May the light we awakened together continue to shine in our hearts and illuminate the path for others.

See you on the mat. ☀️🙏🏼

🙏🏻
