POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

This month had a lot of us remembering our angsty teen selves. It’s easy to call that version of ourselves dramatic, unreasonable etc. And when that part comes into our present we want to dismiss it, quiet it. But I think it deserves some credit too. The anger that understands our self worth is a beautiful thing.

Got a little hot and bothered at Heealsoules 🔥

Thank you @abby_chung for such an amazing weekend again, and for your contagious enthusiasm that drove this entire thing! ❤️‍🔥

My intention for this run was to really live and sit into each beat of the music, and to not rush what I was feeling in my movements!

Thank you to @heealsoules for such a beautiful and inspiring space to dance and create magic in!
And thank you to @sierra_hateley and @poisosa for the energy you brought, I felt it throughout the routine!!

🌀focus🌀

Lately I’ve been focusing on how my heart actually feels. Not trying to dictate my heart, in either sense of the word. My favourite time to do this is the moment before falling asleep, when you truly have nothing else to do, nothing to distract. This was the first time I consciously did it while I danced, letting my heart rule over any ideas I had about what would look best. In front of people. On camera 😅

Thank you @mahalomalone for creating the space to have this kind of connection with myself 💛
