If you’re new here or been following me since June, I posted in my stories about a new Luxe studio @fluxlifestylestudios located in Chino Hills, CA that recently opened their gorgeous doors inviting you to partake in Elevated Pole, Aerial and Embodied Wellness. I never saw the early plans or vision board for this space but I knew the incredible woman behind the vision was going to build a luxury top tier space to escape to, recharge and reset your mind & body when it was all said and done. Sincerely, I couldn’t wait to visit and experience it myself. Each studio was created with meaning, intention and love, leaving you to experience movement with your choice of dance cardio, pole, aerial hoop & hammock, yoga, flow, stiletto & struts, and so many more classes! I am not paid or sponsored to write or say these things, I just speak on my truths and want to encourage you all to try something new, get fit and visit Flux Lifestyle Studios. There are other amazing amenities you will just have to learn about that they offer and are not available at any other studio I’ve been to either. Again, some of the lovely instructors you see here I can proudly vouch for are incredibly supportive & talented individuals that will teach you all that you need to know on your fitness journey at all different levels. Don’t mind me when you see me in class on my own journey! I’ve already done pole but I have my heart set on a new class! Stay tuned! 😉

Flux Lifestyle Studios embraces the expressive celebration of movement, strength, and confidence while creating a vibrant community to inspire and uplift others. Every single corner of Flux Lifestyle Studios was intentional from the start and their brand shoot was no different, even before grand opening. As a photographer, I want you to know your brand deserves more than just a logo and pretty pictures, it deserves to be seen, recognized and represented for your core beliefs and values too. I’m so happy to finally share some of the gorgeous images we created with all of these lovely confident, beautiful and incredible women for @fluxlifestylestudios . And to throw in my “two cents”, I’ve had the honor to photograph some familiar faces in these images before this shoot and can absolutely confirm they are kind, beautiful souls inside/out. An intentional circle is a protected circle.

Slow Dancing in a Burning Room 🖤 Choreography: @dianechaa 🎥 Filming & editing: @_junney 📍 Studio: @coastalflowoc Growing up, performance always came more naturally to me than technique or flexibility. Those were things I never really had the opportunity to focus on the way I wanted to. Over the past few months, I’ve been spending a lot more time building that foundation. This class series also gave me a chance to step outside my usual style. Slower, more contemporary movement isn’t normally where I feel most at home. I wanted to use this in-class video performance as an opportunity to see where my performance is at right now. I’ve spent so much time focused on everything else, so it was really special to reconnect with that part of myself again. Thank you, Diane, for creating such a supportive environment and for choreography that challenged me in all the best ways. Thank you, Jun, for taking the time to film and edit this.
