Picture this: a golden supermoon lighting your way to your retreat space in Joshua Tree… 🌝 You are greeted with a big smile, shown to your cozy home for the weekend, whether that is the main house or the cutest Airstream trailer, and handed a little welcome gift to set your intentions 🏜️ By dinner, you are already vibing with people who were once strangers. We share nourishing, inclusive meals prepared by our incredible chef Jose, mindful of every diet. Afterward, we melt into a sound bath with crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, chimes, ocean drums, and bells, letting the healing frequencies align our energy and open us to the weekend ✨ Sunrise paints the sky the next morning 🌄 We flow through a 90-minute yoga practice with breathwork and meditation, setting the pace for slowing down and reconnecting. Then we head into Joshua Tree National Park for adventure🥾hiking and climbing the jumbo rocks, walking meditations, food meditations, and simply laughing, exploring, and connecting with nature and each other. As the day ends, we soak in the hot tubs, watch the supermoon rise like a crackling fire above the horizon, and gather for a full moon ceremony. Astrology insights, gentle movement, breathwork, journaling, guided meditation, and fire releasing rituals create space to release what no longer serves us and fully step into who we are, surrounded by people who accept and hold us as we are❤️‍🔥 Sunday begins with another colorful sunrise, another heart-opening yoga practice, and a final closing ceremony. By the end, hearts are full, minds are clear, spirits lighter, and the people who were once strangers now feel like your retreat family 🫂 I am so grateful for every person who joined, to be able to hold a safe space for all, for hosting co-ed retreats (because men deserve access to wellness spaces too), for my amazing team, and for our first Joshua Tree retreat selling out. 🩵💙 I feel so inspired and excited for what’s to come.
