Looking back on this experience, I still can’t help but smile. 🤍

Being part of @hgtv #Crashers has truly been such a blessings. Getting to watch this space transform from where it started, through every step of the process, to the final reveal was such a special experience. It’s easy to admire the finished result, but being there for all the hard work, creativity, and behind-the-scenes moments made it mean so much more.

Thank you for trusting me to be part of something so special and for giving me the opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute along the way. I’m incredibly grateful for the experience, the people I met, and the memories I’ll carry with me long after the reveal.

A little look back at the before, the process, and the reveal. ✨

What a beautiful way to celebrate Juneteenth!

Today was filled with culture, community, music, and joy. From seeing Drum Major Mickey lead the celebration to enjoying the incredible music and dancing, every moment felt special. I loved seeing the pride and representation of HBCUs and the Divine 9 organizations, whose legacies continue to inspire excellence, leadership, and service.

Juneteenth is a celebration of freedom, resilience, and the generations who paved the way for us. It’s a reminder to honor our history, celebrate our culture, and embrace the joy that comes from being unapologetically ourselves.

Grateful for a day filled with Black excellence, powerful traditions, and unforgettable memories. ❤️💛💚

Happy Juneteenth!

6-19-26 Juneteenth @melaninintheparks meet up Y’ALL SHOWED UP AND OUT!!!!! I know we would of course because we always do!! It felt so good seeing so many familiar faces! We really are building such a great community and space for black people in the parks!

This could not be done without the wonderful @bpoetic ! She puts together these amazing meetups for all of us to come together and see that in this magical space we belong and we are here! As a mixed black child going to Disney I never saw our people in the parks and walking up the the small world esplanade yesterday I had to contain my self from balling because it was so beautiful to see so much melanin(the same thing happened for me at the bhm meetup). Thank you so much for creating and providing this space for us 🥹
