We want to say a huge THANK YOU to our wonderful volunteer Ana @diaryofamomtobe. Ana has been helping other mums and parents in our community for years.

"I moved to Greenwich as my husband and I thought would be a good place to start a family. When I got pregnant I found there was a Greenwich community on the Peanut app. I thought it was a great way to connect with other mums and maybe find friends. Then I had a miscarriage and couldn’t follow up. In 2023 I got pregnant again, and discovered @gpc.community in 2024. Joining GPC made me less anxious, and took the burden of raising a baby without knowing anything, as many of us in were in similar phases in life.

"Supporting the community as a volunteer was the next step, as I wanted to keep myself busy. When the opportunity to organise drinks and meet other people face-to-face appeared, I jumped at it as I love it. I am all about being social and I love a 🍷 . Leaving Greenwich to Richmond came as a family next step. I will miss the @goc.community so much and everything that the team has been building. Definitely a community of people like no other."

We will miss you Ana and wish you all the best for your next chapter in Richmond. Thank you for organising our afternoon socials, cross-promoting our events and activities, and being a super active and supportive admin of our WhatsApp community groups.

When 2 generations of cousins get together! 🥰
Alex got a new best friend: cousin @carlos.bitencourt.

I am still to sort the caramel of my condensed milk flan. Could the brown sugar could be the problem?

HUGE THANK YOU to all the wonderful families who came along to our Summer Fair on 19 July, and to everyone who volunteered, performed, and had a stall. It was torrential rain and we still made it work. Everyone made space in the hall so that all the activities could go ahead, creating a fun party vibe.

Thank you @hartbeeps.southlondon for sponsoring the fair, @wavesmassageuk for your support, @theworkingmumsclubuk for sponsoring free healthy kids lunches, @hannah_johansen_pt for sponsoring ice lollies, all our traders (SO many more than shown in the reel) and all our raffle donors - can't tag you all as Instagram won't allow!

Shout out to @mamma_kind our charity partner, and big thanks to @bfngreenwich for hosting a free drop-in breastfeeding clinic for our families.
