Think you’re too old to chase that dream? Think again.

Host Claire Lim (@weeclairehere) caught up with Still Rollin’ director Diana Puzikova (@dideardarling) and the documentary’s star Steven Berez (@venrez) on the BIFF red carpet to talk about starting over, following the dream you’ve had since childhood, and refusing to let age decide what’s possible.

Steven thought he was “too old” when his friends convinced him to play a rock show at 54. That show sold out. Before he knew it, he was touring with Alice Cooper and Slash from Guns N’ Roses, fulfilling a dream he’d had since he was nine or ten years old.

Still Rollin’ (@stillrollin.themovie) is a reminder that there isn’t an expiration date on doing what you love.

It’s never too late to chase the life you’ve always imagined.

Hear from director Diana Puzikova (@dideardarling) as she shares the inspiration behind Still Rollin’ (@stillrollin.themovie). Inspired by a man who decided to become a rock musician in his 50s, Diana hopes audiences leave the film feeling inspired to ask themselves what dreams they can still pursue—because it’s never too late to follow your passion.

Still Rollin’ is an inspiring documentary about a man who began his music career after the age of 50, defied expectations, achieved success, and toured with world-famous artists. It’s a powerful reminder that it’s never too late, and, as his tattoo says, “If you believe, everything is possible.”
