Last night was nothing short of soulful.
Delicious food, beautiful stories, and the kind of conversations that stay with you.

Thank you @didisupper for creating such a heartfelt experience — and to everyone we connected with, you made it even more special 💛

@gagzk and I don’t dine out often — we usually enjoy the comfort of a cosy meal at home with a good takeaway.
But yesterday gave us the best of both worlds — a warm, homely setting filled with love, flavour, and genuine connection.

A Taste Of Home - What was on the menu from last Sundays Test Kitchen Club with our special guest chef @didisupper

A Sunday afternoon well spent tasting delicious food and swapping recipes from new beginnings.

Poha - flattened rice served with miso tahini and savoy cabbage

Aloo Faliyan - green beans and potato drenched in tamarind chutney, on a bed of beetroot yogurt, topped with harissa breadcrumb and caramelised
onions

Choori - roti crumbled in ghee and jaggery, topped with chai kulfi cream and maldon salt, served with cinnamon caramelised banana
