Andrei Rublev '1966
Dir: Andrei Tarkovsky
IMDb: 8.1

This is one of the works of art that made it possible. That's the best picture ever created. you exclaim every time you view one of his films. That can't be right because you just saw a Tarkovsky film. Apart from Solaris, which is Tarkovsky anyway, I've watched this and it's the best three hours of celluloid you're likely to see.Tarkovsky aspired to create art that would influence people's lives, and he was successful in doing so. Despite the fact that his life was tumultuous and his projects were snatched from the grasp of his film studio bosses at random, they all appear to be part of a grand plan that was destined to come to fulfillment from the start. In the end, he believed, it is important to undertake things that deepen one's inner self.Tarkovsky would have made if he had lived and returned to his motherland after his exile. Recent events in Russia and the Balkans have heightened the importance. The problem is that Tarkovsky's films are so pure and spiritually profound that no other films seem to be able to satisfy them in the same way. They appear lifeless, flat, and unable to compete. Why watch Tarantino's phony grown-ups, So, as I already stated Tarkovsky. At the end Andrei Tarkovsky is a master of poetic movie, and also this film is a masterpiece...

Stalker '1979
Dir: Andrei Tarkovsky
IMDb: 8.1

Andrei Tarkovsky's film is nearly flawless. Stalker is one of the black type story of tarkovsky's filmography. The film mainly focuses on three characters and their basic goodness of each other. The photographic colors are brilliantly choreographed to the mood of character and viewer. The visionary landscapes are mesmerizing beautiful.
Much like Kubrick in terms of directive style and character study, Tarkovsky puts the viewer in a kaleidoscopic landscape of mood and emotion. No clichés here though. That is when you know that you will watch something unique and
If you are into complex, psychological science fiction in the same vain of say Stalker is a brain washing movie. And tiki taka of poetry Tarkovsky is best at this business...
