ONE YEAR. 52 WEEKS. ONE BROTHERHOOD. A year ago, it started with a few men showing up on Saturday mornings. No expectations. No blueprint. Just early alarms, open space, and a decision to do the work together. Week by week, the workouts became more than workouts. Strangers became familiar faces. Familiar faces became friends. Friends became brothers. THMC is built on accountability, encouragement, and the belief that no man has to get better alone. Men from every background and fitness level come together with one purpose: TO GET BETTER. Not only as athletes, but as fathers, husbands, friends, leaders, and members of our community. Because the real work begins when the workout ends—in how we serve our families, support our brothers, lead by example, and show up for the next generation. To every man who showed up this year—whether it was your first Saturday or your 52nd—you helped build something bigger than a workout group. You helped create a brotherhood rooted in discipline, consistency, and purpose. And this is only the beginning. We see a future where more men choose commitment over comfort, where more families feel the impact of stronger leaders, and where every Saturday morning becomes an opportunity to become the man we’re called to be. WE CAME FOR THE WORKOUT. WE STAYED FOR THE BROTHERHOOD. WE KEEP SHOWING UP FOR THE MEN WE’RE BECOMING. One year down. The best is ahead. ALWAYS THE EXAMPLE. NEVER THE EXCUSE. ONE YEAR. 52 WEEKS. COUNTLESS REASONS TO KEEP SHOWING UP. What started with a few guys meeting early on a Saturday morning has grown into something far greater than a workout. It’s been 52 weeks of early mornings, burpees, sweat, laughter, friendship, and accountability. But THMC has never been just about fitness. It’s about showing up for ourselves, for one another, for our families, and for our community. It’s about surrounding yourself with good men who challenge you to become better—better fathers, better husbands, better friends, better leaders, and better versions of ourselves. Different backgrounds. Different fitness levels. Different walks of life. One common goal: SHOW UP AND GET BETTER. To every man who has shown up this past year—whether once or every single Saturday—you’ve helped make this group what it is today. One year down. We’re just getting started. ALWAYS THE EXAMPLE. NEVER THE EXCUSE. TRAIN HARD MEN’S CLUB | SANTA BARBARA #TrainHardMensClub #THMC #OneYearStrong #Brotherhood #SantaBarbara ShowUp

50 MEN. 50 men showed up at 6AM for something bigger than a workout. We had the honor of welcoming Jason Khalipa — the man who started Train Hard Men’s Club and helped spark what we’re now building right here in Santa Barbara. But THMC was never really about burpees, push-ups, or how hard you can train. Jason built this because he understands that fitness can be the vehicle for something much bigger. It’s about becoming a better man. A better husband. A better father. A better friend. A better leader. A better version of yourself. It’s about doing hard things together, building real friendships, holding each other accountable, serving your community, and SHOWING UP — especially when it would be easier not to. What Jason started is changing lives, and watching it grow right here in Santa Barbara is something pretty damn special. Jason — thank you for showing us what’s possible and for reminding us WHY we do this. We’re just getting started. TRAIN HARD MEN’S CLUB — SANTA BARBARA Always the example. 50 MEN. ONE MORNING. ONE MISSION. This one was special. 50 men showed up at 6AM to train alongside the man who started it all — Jason Khalipa. Jason created Train Hard Men’s Club with a simple idea: use fitness to bring men together and help us become better versions of ourselves. Better husbands. Better fathers. Better friends. Better leaders. The workout is just the vehicle. The real work is building brotherhood, accountability, community, and becoming the type of men who SHOW UP — for ourselves and for the people who count on us. What started with Jason has spread across the country and found its way here to Santa Barbara. Standing together with 50 men Saturday morning, you could feel that this is becoming something bigger than any one of us. Jason, thank you for starting the fire. 🔥 We’ll keep carrying it. THMC SANTA BARBARA WEEK 50 Always the example. Never the excuse.

Saturday morning the THMC crew put in the work. Then went to work for someone else. That’s what THMC is about. Train hard. Show up. Help out. Be useful. A fellow brother needed some extra hands, and the boys answered the call. No excuses. No recognition needed. Just men showing up for another man and his family. The workouts make us stronger. What we do with that strength is what matters. Proud of these dudes and what we’re building. ALWAYS THE EXAMPLE. NEVER THE EXCUSE. Saturday mornings aren’t for sleeping in. They’re for turning ordinary men into SAVAGES. Not reckless. Not angry. Disciplined. Relentless. Uncomfortable on purpose. While the city sleeps, we put in work. Burpees. Sweat. Brotherhood. One more rep when your mind says you’re done. You don’t wake up a savage. You earn it. Today we trained for something bigger than ourselves. 9 stadiums. 11 burpees after each. In honor of the lives lost, the heroes who ran toward danger, and the families forever changed. We remember.
