Birth - Life - Death - Rebirth
A somatic dance journey through thresholds.

Nothing to fix. Nothing to perform. Only to listen and move with what is true.

This is a practice of listening. We follow sensation, breath, weight, and impulse. There is no right way to dance — only your way.

Join CDC to enter the wave that is never finished. Birth, death, and rebirth are happening all the time — in the body, in relationships, in how we meet this moment.

Pre-register by email transfer to natalia2@telus.net
Sliding scale $25-$50

Cash at the door is accepted but pre-registration is preferred as the space capacity is 25 participants.

3 key words for this Saturday’s dance: authenticity, permission, and freedom.

As I was crafting the playlist I kept finding songs about “being your true self” and finding “freedom within”. These feels like the perfect add on to “Becoming: A Dance of Liberation”.

To be FREE means we do not have to perform, wear masks, or hide our true selves.

So join us Saturday, January 10th from 10 AM to 12 PM at @the.archivecollective
Free parking on site. No experience needed - come as you are.

🔗 TO REGISTER THROUGH EVENTBRITE OR MESSAGE KYRA TO EMAIL MONEY TRANSFER TO SAVE YOUR SPOT!

See you Saturday!

Join me, Kyra, this Saturday for Becoming: A Dance of Liberation. This is the first dance of 9 incredible facilitators.

Learn more about Kyra below!

Kyra Newton is a somatic movement facilitator and trauma-informed guide who supports people in reconnecting to their bodies through somatic dance, nervous system & attachment repair, and embodied expression.

Her work is rooted in intuition, creating secure relationships, and person-led approaches - inviting movement as a pathway to security, presence, and authentic self-expression rather than performance.

Can’t wait to dance with you this Saturday January 10 from 10 AM to 12 PM at The Archive Collective in Ramsay.
