😍One year ago today, I stepped into the role of Group Fitness Manager at @equinox Beverly Hills — excited, nervous, and ready for a new challenge.

Looking back through these photos, I’m reminded that this year has been about so much more than classes, schedules, numbers, and meetings. It’s been about people, community, growth, leadership, and a whole lot of movement.

I’ve learned so much about what it means to lead, to listen, to challenge myself, and to create a space where people feel connected and inspired.

I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve built together and so grateful for every instructor, teammate, member, mentor, laugh, challenge, and moment along the way.

One year down — and I have a feeling I’m just getting started. ✨

Here’s to the next chapter. ❤️

28! 🎉🥳

Thank you to everyone for the lovely birthday wishes!! I was overwhelmed! It was a beautiful day filled with people I love, both in person and from afar. 27 was a really wonderful year, and I’m proud of myself for all I was able to accomplish with the support my community (many of which you see here, but many are missing too!)

Here’s to continuing to find joy in all the craziness that this world can be, and being grateful for each and every moment 🥂

I’m thankful for another year, and I can’t wait to see what’s in store for the next! ✨💕

I’m still reliving these great moments on the 4th of July. This Earth, Wind, and Fire concert at the Hollywood Bowl was fantastically 🤩awesome!! One of the best concerts I’ve ever been to. It was a blast and checked all of the patriotic boxes. 🎉

Fun fact- Band Member Philip Bailey is a Christian and has a history of making gospel/Christian music for years. ♥️

It is finished...

It is sadness mixed with joy that I share the passing of my Dad. At 100 years old he served the Lord well, had run the race, and has won the prize set before him by Christ Jesus.🏆 And what a prize Jesus is!!

I rejoice with him, knowing one day we will be together again. I ♥️ you Dad!😘
