4 years in, and the honest version is that it is never a straight line. SWIPE FOR PROGRESS AND READ BELOW ➡️

I've gained weight. I've lost weight. I've built muscle, lost momentum, and had to start over more than once. Some seasons I looked like I had it all figured out, and others I was just showing up and trying again.

Everything I went through taught me more than any textbook could. Combined with my education in health science, it's why I coach the way I do: I understand the science, and I've lived the ups and downs myself. I'm not just handing you a plan. I know what it's like when the plan meets real life.

So if you feel behind, stuck, or like you're starting over again, you're not failing. You're in the middle of the process.

If you're ready to stop guessing and start working with a coach who gets it, I'm STILL ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS IN BOTH PHOENIX AND TEMPE

Rebuilding the foundation isn’t the most fun, but it is nevcessary so we can do the fun stuff in a few weeks!

With my new Million Dollar Standard, the first 2-3 weeks are always focused around isometrics, mobility, and core strength. Tying all the pieces together so we can get into the next phase!🤓

Want a free trial session? Shoot me a message and lets get to work!

Sometimes your prayer doesn’t get answered the way you expected, it gets answered beyond what you could have ever imagined🤍

Top 3 feelings:

- watching women lift heavy shit

Building a toned and strong back isn’t anything complicated by any means. BUT it does require you showing up and putting effort and intent behind your workouts!

Just going through the motions will keep you where you’re at. BUT putting in real effort and trying to progress in reps or weight every week? THAT is where the gains are made.

So go ahead, build a strong back! Or don’t, but that’s your prerogative
