I've been awake for 20.5 hours, since 330am. I woke up in Miami and going to sleep in Braselton, GA. It's been a very interesting day along with my grandson's 16th birthday #grateful #blessed #familytime #abuelolife

These results are a direct reflection of hard work and commitment! I fast everyday, eat a healthy diet, work out at 3am and run at least 2 miles in the evening. Thanks for the inspiration @different_script and @jd_denham_fit

Daily movement isn’t optional—it’s the baseline for a strong body and a clear mind. Move with intention every day.#vulgar_wellness #moveyourbody #moveyourbodyeveryday #moveyourbodychallenge #moveyourbodychangeyourmind

This is a reminder to myself that ANYTHING and EVERYTHING is fucking possible. If you allow yourself to believe it. If you believe it you fuckin act on it. That’s what I had to do for myself.

I went from 350lbs down to 185lbs this year.

I got SOBER.. I stopped drowning myself with alcohol and food. I stopped crawling away from my decisions and demons. I stopped using food as a crutch and emotional escape. I had to change everything about myself. So I didn’t lose myself. Since then I’ve truly found myself.

I suffered from being overweight, addiction, not only horrible physical health but my mental health fully declined. To the point I was just barely surviving each day I woke. In physical, emotional and mental pain.

I not only got myself physically healthy, by learning to truly understand and listen to what I body actually needs. I focused on my mental health too. Reading book after book. In process I found Faith.

Breaking Fast Day 2⬇️

Day 2 of intermittent fasting—broke my fast with:

🍗 2 pieces of chicken
🥚 2 whole eggs
🥔 1 small potato
🍌 1 banana
🫐 Some blueberries
🥦 Broccoli slaw

Simple. Whole. Real.
My energy is up, my focus is sharp, and it feels damn good to be implementing something I haven’t done in a while.

But here’s the truth most people don’t want to admit:

You need a coach.
I have one right now. And I’m proud of that.

A coach brings structure, removes the guesswork, and keeps you from falling into the same old traps that’ve held you back before.
If you’re trying to reach your goals quickly and effectively—stop winging it.

And I’ll take it a step further…
To be a good coach, you better be a great client first.
If you’re not willing to be led, how can you ever lead others?

This isn’t about ego.
It’s about leveling up.
Faster. Smarter. Stronger.

If you’ve been stuck, unfocused, or spinning your wheels—get help.
There’s no weakness in asking for guidance.
The weakness is staying where you are.

Let’s go.

Intermittent Fasting and the Health Benefits⬇️

I’ve been following a 16:8 intermittent fasting protocol—16 hours fasting, 8-hour eating window.
No gluten.
Only whole foods.
No shortcuts.
No BS.

This isn’t a fad. It’s a way to reset your body, build discipline, and optimize how you function.

Here’s what it’s doing for me (and what it can do for you too):
🧠 Sharper mental clarity
🔥 More stable energy levels
🩸 Improved insulin sensitivity
🛠️ Better digestion and gut health
🧬 Cellular repair and detox (autophagy)
💪 Body fat reduction while keeping muscle

I’m not starving myself—I’m feeding myself with purpose.
I’m giving my body time to do what it’s designed to do—clean up, recover, and thrive.

It’s not about being perfect.
It’s about being intentional.
And if you’re stuck in a cycle of brain fog, bloating, cravings, or low energy… this might be the structure your body’s been begging for.

Drop a “FAST” below if you want me to share more on how to start this the right way.

Let’s get back in control of our bodies and how we treat them. You in?
