Day 7 of the GEN Disney Experience!👏🏻💫

We officially wrapped up our GEN 2026 Disney Learning Experience, and we couldn’t be more impressed by our students hard work and dedication throughout this journey! Their commitment to this innovative experience has been truly inspiring.

We’re excited to see how they apply what they’ve learned to make a meaningful impact in their organizations, our university, and their future careers. A huge round of applause to our incredible students and faculty!

Our group made it back to Indiana, bringing fresh ideas and new perspectives in entrepreneurship, leadership, and innovation!🙌🏻

Day 6 of the GEN:i Disney Experience!🦁🪘

Our group kicked off Saturday at Animal Kingdom!

We had the opportunity to learn from Digital Corps Executive Director Brandon Smith, a former Disney cast member that worked in Kali River Rapids, who shared insight into the vision behind the park. He explained how Animal Kingdom was designed not just for entertainment but to support real conservation efforts and protect wildlife while still delivering an adventurous and immersive experience.

As we explored, we talked about the incredible attention to detail in every attraction and environment. Every element feels intentional. Every story feels complete. It sparked a great conversation about how Disney connects with its audience in such a thoughtful and consistent way.

What stood out most is how leadership and innovation come to life through experience design. There is a clear purpose behind every decision and a commitment to excellence that shows at every level.

We also had the chance to meet with Molly Bray, a Ball State student and Imagineering intern at Disney. It was inspiring to see our talented student in action, we are so proud of her!

Our group is honored to continue learning from organizations like Disney that set the standard for creativity, leadership, and impact!✨
