I’m so excited to officially be planting roots in the Ballard community!

My office overlooks beautiful Salmon Bay, creating a peaceful space to slow down and reconnect. Just a short walk away is the public dock on 24th Ave—a quiet spot for reflection before or after a session.

If you’re looking for a little more time in nature, the Ballard Locks and Fish Ladder are also nearby, offering another opportunity to pause, breathe, and reset.

One of the things I love most about Ballard is its incredible sense of community. I’m looking forward to supporting the amazing small businesses, neighborhood coffee shops, and local lunch spots that make this area so special.

And as someone who loves incorporating creativity into healing, I’m especially excited that my favorite art supply store, Push/Pull, is just a couple of blocks away—it’s where I find many of the art materials I use in my practice.

Whether you’re beginning therapy for the first time or continuing your healing journey, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.

If you’re curious about working together, I’d love to connect. Email me to schedule a free 20-minute consultation and see if we’re a good fit. Jennifer@heartwoodandbloom.com

I can’t wait to meet you and become part of this wonderful Ballard community.

The weather is getting cooler (well, not in LA where it’s 85 degrees today, but pretty much everywhere else) which has me thinking about…MUGS! I’m an avid tea drinker and love me a great mug…I have two exposed shelves in my kitchen dedicated to mine. Weather you like them big, small, ceramic, enamel, splattered or minimal, I’ve got a mug for you (and so does @hawkinsnewyork @workadayhandmade @official_hasamiporcelain and others). Get shopping (and drinking)! #mugsofinstagram #mugs #ceramics #ceramicsofinstagram #tea #coffee #hotchocolate #autumnweather #fallweather #yolatengo
