We have some bad news… 🥲

Monday, 19 October is Dylan’s last day at Five Ways.

He made every shift louder, every video funnier and every day a little less serious. We’ll miss the laughs, the chaos and that unmistakable Dylan energy.

Brazil Summer Solstice is what you’ll find in your flat white, cappuccino or latte at the moment - sweet, balanced and easy to love, with notes of milk chocolate, strawberries, red fruits and honey.

Meet First Light, our new washed Ethiopian coffee from Guji, grown around Shakiso at 1,850–2,100 masl and processed at the Guji Hadeso washing station.

This Grade 1 lot is produced by around 500 smallholder farmers, most working traditional small farms where coffee is intercropped alongside food crops.

Ripe cherries are selectively hand-picked, pulped within hours of harvest and fermented for 36–48 hours before being thoroughly washed and graded. The parchment is then dried on raised beds under shade for 5–7 days, with regular turning and hand-sorting to keep the cup clean and consistent.

Expect juicy tangerine, sweet berry, delicate florals and crisp black tea. Bright, sweet and refreshing with the clarity we love in a classic washed Ethiopia.

Grown by Oswaldo Toro at Finca Los Cedros in Huila, Colombia, this Caturra goes through a 3-stage fermentation — oxidation, anaerobic, then submerged — pushing the fruit and sweetness all the way forward.

Think strawberry laces, Ribena, grape Hubba Bubba & cherry. Sweet, juicy, syrupy and just a little wild — while still keeping every flavour clear and defined.
