Tape restricts. Soft braces compress. Hard braces stabilize. BetterGuard adapts. 🔥

The BetterGuard 3.0 moves freely with your ankle during normal movement — and its microhydraulic mini-piston steps in when movement becomes critical.

Feels like a sock. Protects when it matters.

7 years ago under the tree in Berghain, a kindly leprechaun drew my cards and said ‘you’re not living up to your full potential.’ I think of him often.

COOL RUNNINGS CLUB AT THE SPEED PROJECT. The Film-screening 🏴

Last week, we had the chance to relive the experience together at @achtberlin

Seeing the film on a big screen, surrounded by friends, partners, runners and everyone who supported this journey, was a special moment for all of us.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and filled the room with so much energy.

A huge thank you to our partners:
@adidasgermany
@heineken
@stoxenergy
@drinkjoonys

And to everyone who believed in this project from day one.

What started as a race became a film.
What started as six runners became a community.

Until the next one.

We move as a unit. Always.

Although this campaign was filled with highs for the majority of the season, coming up short in the final series still stings.

It’s a bittersweet feeling we’re still coming to terms with — knowing that although we gave it our all, win or lose, regardless of the outcome, in the end we would not have been able to fulfill our ultimate goal of promotion to the Pro B.

This was our first dance as Berlin Dreams together with a strong foundation @dbvcharlottenburg & @berlindreams_rsc — and what a debut it was. New athletic partnerships, key additions to our coaching staff — we’ve been building something real this season. The growth on and off the court has been undeniable.

But sustainable growth means being honest with yourself. The financial and organizational requirements to make that next step weren’t fully in place — and we made the responsible call. Not because we lack ambition. But because we’re not here to rush something that isn’t built to last.

To our fans — you made this season something special. But the playoffs? That was on another level. The energy you brought, the noise, the belief — we felt every single second of it. Thank you. 🙏

To every sponsor, supporter and partner who believed in us this season — we see you, and we don’t take it for granted. None of this happens without you.

And we’re just getting started.

Our time is still coming. 🔒
