After 6 months of gyms being closed, I can truly say that I’m PUMPED to be back. Great workout with these beasty boys 💪🏼🦾💪🏼

We’re only getting started 😈..

Amazing PowerBuilding session with @dill.lift and his gf @yourockyougotthis, and great vibes meeting up with long term training friends @philbouch26 @liltotal

First swipe: Flat Barbell, 255 lbs x 6 @ rpe 2. I really appreciate the thiccness of monster’s benches.

Third swipe: incline dumbbell bench 100 lbs x 10-12 reps feeling like they’re fresh from Brad Castleberry’s gym.

I’ll miss Monster, Monday I’ll be heading back to Worlds. Considering a yearly weekend pass to Monster 🤔
