Châteauguay Backyard Ultra 😈

Getting this notch in my belt and reaching 83KM in my first running event is something I’ll never forget.

Couldn’t be more appreciative of the best crew member @maddy__09 ❤️❤️ & sharing the course with all these dawgs.

Donnez à @heritagesaintbernard pour faire bouger les jeunes dans la beauté de nos milieux naturels. Mentionnez "Backyard JF" dans les commentaires pour qu'on fasse le décompte! Lien en bio et merci d'avance!

Shoutout to the Best Crew chief @zakiaali_24 ❤️❤️and crew @src_runclub

What a summer. From Trail Des Collins and Montreal Island in May, QMT and 6Peaks 100mile in mid-summer, to the mountains of Charlevoix in September , then back home to the Chats Backyard in the fall it was truly a great experience . Got to meet a lot of awesome like minded People. Learned a lot and ready to take it all back to the Lab to keep mastering the craft for next season. Pain is Temporary
