Happy third anniversary to The Njörd! 🎉 We’ll be celebrating and highlighting Duluth’s premier vacation rental property all week.

The historic building was originally built in 1933. Titanium Partners started redeveloping and restoring the property in 2021 and 2022. The Njörd officially opened for business and guests in July 2023!

Perched right on the shores of Lake Superior, The Njörd offers unparalleled views and immediate access to Duluth’s natural beauty. We invite you to come experience Duluth’s luxury vacation rentals, named by @travelandleisure as one of the best places to stay while visiting Duluth, MN.

The Njörd offers three distinct units, each designed with a touch of Norse inspiration. Learn more and make your reservations at https://thenjord.com. #TheNjordDuluth #VacationRentals #TitaniumPartners #VisitDuluth #InvestingForTheFuture

Happiest of Birthdays to my absolutely amazing son @dillonforcier.

He is such an amazing father, husband, and son. He works incredibly hard for his family.

He loves fiercer than anyone I know. It is an absolute honor to be his Mother.

I love you Dillster! 💜

It is virtually impossible to choose only 20 pictures that summarize 2025!

The highs of the year far outweigh the lows…

Traveling to South Africa to meet new family and friends
Our joint ice fishing birthday party was a blast!
Seeing my man receive his 5th degree black belt in California
Visiting Bourbon country where my Moms live
First time smelt fishing
Vegas to see Post Malone and Jelly Roll with great girls!
Driving my boat with all my amazing friends
Camping in The Boundary Waters
Spending time with my amazing sons, daughter in laws, and Grandchildren
Visiting Chicago with my love
Witnessing the birth of my 3rd grandchild Jace
Seeing the Northern Lights on Park Point
Dips in Lake Superior
Rock concerts with my forever concert partner
Truck camping with my love and Midge
Getting to speak to amazing women about transitions at the Alma Conference
Purchasing my side by side
Getting fancy for Holiday parties
Kissing the man of my dreams

There were lows, but because my life is more aligned than it has been in years, the lows don’t seem impossible to overcome.

I am welcoming in 2026.
Cheers to my health and wealth era! 💜

As 2024 came to a close and 2025 began,
I sat comfortably in

A L I G N M E N T

Alignment is my word of the year for 2025 and will serve as a guiding compass for me.

Did you choose a word this year? If so, what is it? I would love to know!

I want to share my moments of alignment this past month.
I am blessed to be in the higher forms of LOVE!💜💜💜
