Out of 39,000 applications, 20 companies made it onto the stage at Alibaba.com’s CoCreate Pitch. syp is one of them.

Sept 9-10, LA Convention Center, in front of 10,000 people. We get 90 seconds to pitch, and the judges include Marcus Lemonis, Kickstarter CEO Everette Taylor, Our Place co-founder Shiza Shahid, MasterClass founder David Rogier, and Shark Tank’s Barry Poznick. Magic Johnson is keynoting.

Ninety seconds isn’t much time to explain why athletes and coaches still can’t see real time fluid intake without babysitting a bottle. But we’ve had less time to make bigger cases before.

Also super cool, but no surprise to see @dillonrosenthal and @bouncebackpickle making it to the finals as well!

39,000 to 20 tells us we’re not the only ones who think this problem is worth solving.

See you in LA.
