POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

THIS IS PURPOSE THROUGH PAIN. 🖤

A group of people coming together, putting the outside world aside and giving themselves permission to slow down, breathe and be real.

From the conversations, the uncomfortable questions, the breathwork, the stories shared and the moments of silence, every part of these gatherings has a purpose.

There’s no judgement.
No pretending you’ve got it all figured out.
Just people supporting people.

This weekend was another reminder that sometimes the strongest thing you can do is simply show up.

We’re already thinking about the next one…

Would you like to be part of it?

If you’re interested in joining our next Purpose Through Pain gathering, comment “I’M IN” below or send us a DM and we’ll put you on the list. 🖤

You never know what one morning, one conversation or one connection might change.

Huge thanks for @tk.mediastudio for putting together the footage for us! Can’t wait to have you there for the gathering next.

📅 31 / 42 Daily Gratitude...

Missed a day.. whoopsie. Gratitude to social media and SOME of the different trends.
Everyone is doing 80's throwback and I did the 70s thinking I was spot on 😅
A reminder that you dont have to do everything "right".. that it if you go down your own path even if you think you're doing the right thing that is a-ok.
I think we look pretty groovy anyways ✌️☮️

P.s @dillonsteineker time to grow your hair out and get a perm 😅

📅 18 / 42 Daily Gratitude
Spaces that are accessible and supportive to Men in regards to their mental health and speaking about how they're feeling. Thankyou to @purposethroughpain_ptp for being that space for @dillonsteineker ❤️

Just a reminder, check in on your mates - it's ok to not be ok and just know that you are worthy of all the good things this life has to offer ✨️🙏
