Happy Birthday to the answer to my 5 year old prayers for a little brother or sister. God answered those prayers with the best little sister @bethanyreliford. I love you and hope this next year is your best yet.

A new school year is about to begin. Before we experience the present, let’s reminisce on the past.

The 2024-2025 season was a great one! Both Men’s and Women’s basketball teams had successful seasons with many memorable experiences. My second year of coaching was one for the books. Being able to do what I love on the daily is an absolute blessing.

To the departing seniors on both teams, I will miss you. Thank you for all the sacrifice and all the work you all put in to really set the standard here at UC. Both programs have solidified themselves as top tier in the nation.

Really excited for the future. All glory be to Jesus Christ for allowing me the opportunity to coach the sport I love but more importantly be a servant leader for His Kingdom🙏🏾

As always, GO PATS🔴🔵⚪️

What a great weekend we had! We went to cheer on the @ucumberlands @ucwbb as they won and advanced in the NAIA national tourney. @dillparnell is part of the coaching staff. We are so proud! Then we attended services at his church, @victorylifelondon. Pastor @chrisromine and the congregation were a joy to be with! We dropped into a London trampoline park one afternoon, visited the original KFC and Col. Sanders Museum, and took Emmitt to Cumberland Falls to see the exact location where I proposed to @tiffleigh82 twenty-one years ago this month! It was a whirlwind trip, but we had a blast. I love my little family!!
