This team knows how to FIGHT 😤🔥 Too much fun last weekend competing for the @thepalmbeachbreakers at @unitedgridleague. Thank you to @matthornaday for trusting me to compete on this team. Don’t worry, still fully focused on CrossFit and the CrossFit Games. Gotta just complete a little side quest this off season first 😉. 🌊🌊🌊

💙 Leadership isn't about being in front. It's about bringing everyone forward. The Palm Beach Breakers are built on a simple philosophy: put the team first. As General Manager and Team Owner, Matt Hornaday believes championship teams are built through trust, accountability, and creating an environment where every athlete has the opportunity to succeed. Culture comes before results. The team comes before the individual. And every athlete plays a role in something bigger than themselves. That mindset is what drives the Breakers every time we step onto the GRID. Together, we're building more than a team—we're building a family and a culture of excellence. 🌊 Here's to leading with purpose and competing as one. #PalmBeachBreakers #UnitedGridLeague #Leadership #TeamFirst #CultureWins

What makes the United Grid League different? It's not about one athlete. It's about the TEAM. Different strengths. Different skills. Different bodies. Different roles. One shared mission. On the Grid, individual talent can make an impact—but teamwork changes the outcome. Every rep matters. Every transition matters. Every teammate matters. You push harder because someone is counting on you. You dig deeper because you're not competing alone. You learn to trust the person beside you and give everything you have for the name across your chest. That's the difference. At the Palm Beach Breakers, we don't just train athletes—we build a TEAM. One Grid. One Goal. One Team. 🌊⚡ BREAK THE LIMIT. #PalmBeachBreakers #UnitedGridLeague #TeamFirst #GridLeague #BreakTheLimit BuiltTogether OneTeamOneGoal Teamwork CompetitiveFitness
