Η πόλη, σαν να βγήκε από καρτ ποστάλ.

Κάτω από τον Ιερό Βράχο, τα κεραμίδια της Πλάκας, οι παλιές προσόψεις και οι μικρές λεπτομέρειες της πόλης δημιουργούν ένα σκηνικό όπου η ιστορία συναντά τη σύγχρονη Αθήνα.

📌Το Μικρό Πάπιγκο αποτελεί μαζί με το Μεγάλο Πάπιγκο τους δυο συνοικισμούς του Πάπιγκου Είναι ένα από τα ωραιότερα και πιο γνωστά Ζαγοροχώρια και βρίσκεται βορειοανατολικά των Ιωαννίνων σε απόσταση 62 χλμ από την πόλη. Χτισμένο σε υψόμετρο 980 μέτρων βρίσκεται σ’ ένα ιδιαίτερα επιβλητικό τοπίο, κάτω από το όρος της Τύμφης.
Στο τέλος της Βυζαντινής εποχής,το Πάπιγκο ήταν η πρωτεύουσα του Δυτικού Ζαγορίου ενώ ως “Πάπιγκος” αναφερόταν η οροσειρά της Τύμφης που απλώνεται από πάνω του.Η παραδοσιακή Ζαγορίσια αρχιτεκτονική, η πλούσια βλάστηση και η απαράμιλλη ομορφιά και συγχρόνως αγριότητα του τοπίου το καθιστούν ιδανικό προορισμό και για τους πιο ταξιδεμένους επισκέπτες. Πέτρινα μονοπάτια, παλιά αρχοντικά που στο εσωτερικό τους σώζονται λαϊκές τοιχογραφίες, παλιές πέτρινες εκκλησίες, στενά σοκάκια και το πλούσιο φυσικό τοπίο συνθέτουν ένα σκηνικό μοναδικού κάλλους στο Μικρό Πάπιγκο....
