Taking a moment to reflect and be grateful for the week that was last week …. Five days in Brighton to play and create with the most beautiful group of artists, led by the incredibly generous and talented @bryonykimmings . Thank you all so much for sharing your stories and yourselves with me and for giving me courage to share mine and myself. Big love to you all ❤️❤️❤️

A week away by the sea creating, writing and making theatre, with the most incredible group of artists was just what I needed to wake up my brain.

I'm so inspired by everyone's stories and the theatre they made with them. @bryonykimmings is an absolute legend of a theatre maker and a badass teacher.

I’m feeling very lucky this morning on my journey home ✨

I’ve just spent the most glorious week in Brighton learning, re-learning, creating, debating, writing, laughing, crying, and feeling totally and utterly creatively fulfilled 🎭

@bryonykimmings is one of a kind 🩷 There isn’t another artist quite like her! If you make performance, write, do comedy, or are thinking of making your own autobiographical work, DO THIS COURSE! 🤩

Bry and the new friends I made this week have inspired me, held me, and pushed me to a place where I feel like I could take on the world 🧡 Thank you!

I can’t wait for you all to see what I’ve been cooking up 🧑‍🍳🥩🩸

As we are in the midst of MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS month, we thought we’d share some of our plays written by @antonia_kleo. 🤗

Antonia is passionate about telling stories about the depths of mental health and tackling the stigma - getting face-to-face with what lies beneath the surface of our thoughts.

We’ve worked with some amazing artists on stage, and backstage, and want to thank each and every one of you for making it all possible to bring our narratives to life! 🫶🏽✨

Have a swipe ⬅️ to read a bit about the productions we have done in the past, and also what’s coming up…! 👀

Theatre changes lives. Let’s keep making a difference. 💜
