Planned or spontaneous: we laugh, we cry, we eat a wonderful dinner and slow time right down. No subject is off limits. Whatever chaos might be surrounding is not invited into this moment. We make the "moment" last a full day. Here and Now. That's where it's safe... and the only thing you can truly count on. Trust!! ✨

I get asked how my friendships, endeavors, work, experiences, etc last so many years.
There are no secrets; SHOW UP for the people and things in your life. Especially when it's hard. Show up harder. Be authentic about it. Let what isn't meant for you go with grace and give, give, then give some more to that which you may have neglected. Yourself included. Yes there are bad days. Some days you can't show up the way you want to. Patience. Everything in life is going to wax and wane in cycles... death, rebirth, it's all beautiful. This friendship has had its ups, downs, cracks, and melds. I wouldn't change one bit of it.
