POV: You gave two creative girls some paint and told them to "have fun." 🎨😂

The result?

🌴 Jungle vibes.

🌊 Ocean vibes.

🏖️ Beach vibes.

...and absolutely zero boring walls left at Shiralea.

Swipe... or clap... and watch the magic happen. ✨

Huge thanks to Sarah & Nadine for making our dorms as colourful as the people who stay in them. ❤️

For years our friends kept telling us,
"You two would LOVE each other." "You'd love Sarah." "You'd love Nadine."
And every single time we were like, "Okay... then introduce us?" 😂
Now 4 years and one day ago it finally happened.
We met at good old Oedtersee, crashed a birthday party the same day and celebrated your birthday together the next day.
A while later we realized we only lived 5 minutes apart... and from then on we were basically inseparable.
Sleepovers. Ciggies. Food. Endless laughs. Partys. Random adventures. Somehow there was always a reason to see each other.
Then one year ago we had the idea to just quit our jobs and book a one way ticket
So we did.
Now we're six months into backpacking the world together, somehow still not sick of each other 😂❤️
The rest is history. Here's to four years of friendship, one crazy decision, and memories we'll be talking about for the rest of our lives. 🌍

Love you so much Maus!! Thank you for everything and to many more years together
HAPPY BIRTHDAY 🩷🩷🩷

WE PROMISED YOU A SURPRISE... HERE IT IS!

A few weeks ago, it was just a sketch on paper. Today, it has come to life.

Welcome to Shiralea's very first themed dormitory 🐒🌴

Inspired by the lush jungles of Koh Phangan, we've transformed one of our dorms into a tropical escape filled with island vibes, nature, and adventure.

But here's the best part...

👀 This is only the beginning.

This project is much bigger than a single wall, and we've been working on some exciting upgrades behind the scenes. More themed spaces, more character, more reasons to fall in love with Shiralea.

🎨🌅 Finding the perfect tone.
Hours spent mixing colors, testing shades, and fine-tuning every detail to create the perfect atmosphere... it's one of the most challenging (and least visible) parts of this renovation project.

We're happy to announce that Dorm 5 is now complete, becoming our second Sunset-Themed Room, inspired by the unforgettable colors of Haad Yao at golden hour. 🌴☀️

Every brushstroke brings a little more personality, warmth, and island spirit to Shiralea, transforming a simple room into an experience.

The project is moving forward room by room, and we can't wait to show you what's coming next. 👀
