Building a safe, supportive, and empowering campus culture from day one! 🎓✨

Shrimad Rajchandra Institute of Management and Computer Application (SRIMCA) organized an insightful Anti-Ragging Awareness Session for our newly joined MBA first-year students.

The session was led by Dr. Divya Gadaria, who highlighted the core tenets of the UGC Anti-Ragging Guidelines. Students gained a clear understanding of what constitutes ragging, the legal and academic consequences of such acts, and why creating an inclusive, bully-free zone is essential for personal and professional growth.

Through UGC awareness videos, students learned about the active Anti-Ragging Cell, committees, and support systems established at UKA Tarsadia University (UTU) and the institute level. To ensure complete compliance and commitment, a step-by-step walkthrough was provided for completing the mandatory Anti-Ragging Affidavit, followed by the collection of signed student and parent undertaking forms.

Together, we pledge to keep our campus safe, friendly, and zero-tolerance against ragging! 🤝🚫
