|| EXHIBITION II
Our warmest thanks to everyone who joined us last night for the opening of @michaelsailstorfer's "Pull the Rug" – and to everyone who came to experience the first loud bangs, vibrations and disappearing paving stones with us.

With "Pull the Rug," Sailstorfer turns the idea of having the ground pulled from under our feet into a physical reality – one paving stone at a time. And last night, the process officially began. @berlinartweek is now underway and runs until Sunday. We're looking forward to welcoming many more of you at the gallery and to sharing this exciting week with everyone in Berlin!

thanks to everyone for coming to our show ‘I fall and rise with the falling and rising bodies’ with @hugowinderlind and sharing this moment in time with us. It is quite a new sensation for us to take the art from the studio walls, the stories and the songs from our films, and transmute them into our own rooms, thus making the experience available to our dear friends… bringing curious minds together feels really good, and we will surely continue down this path, so please stay tuned for future shows 🥁

Big thanks to @toma.sapir for the sonic vibrations, to @dinetteberlin for filling our bellies with delicious treats and to @frederiquekraus who was our helping hand over the last four months and celebrated her last day with us on Thursday.

We are also very happy to say that all artworks have been sold and will be shipped next week to their new homes ✨

On May 28 @hugowinderlind comes to Berlin to exhibit the monotype works created in our new film. Together with @toma.sapir there will be a musical/lyrical performance and our bellies will be filled with good food by @dinetteberlin. While almost all monotypes are sold out there are still a few tickets left to see them in real life before they are shipped. Get a ticket now via the link in our bio to spend the evening with us ☺️🫶

In response to the incredible feedback for our first collaboration with the artist, we are delighted to announce ‘I fall and rise with the fall and rising bodies’, @hugowinderlind’s first solo exhibition in our new space in Berlin, showcasing a selection of monotype prints created during the production of our latest film inside the artists studio. Embedded into the fabric of the paper are both the oil paint as well as caffeinated pondering on the divine, the seemingly unavoidable proximity of collapse, and the question: why sheep?

„I’m in constant movement. I approach and pull away from objects. I creep under them. I move alongside a running horse’s mouth. I fall and rise with the falling and rising bodies.“ — Dziga Vertov

Please join us for the opening on Thursday 28 May 2026, 6-9.30pm. The exhibition will be accompanied by music by fellow artist @toma.sapir, and catering by @dinetteberlin. Due to a limited capacity in our space, we advise to sign up soon (tickets cost 35 euros and are available via our linktree). At @atemporal_projects

For further information or to request a preview of the works, please email info@hometownjournal

Zwei Tage voller Zukunft! 🚀
