BRUSSELS GUIDE:

The city is so underrated and misunderstood, here are some of my favourite places I went growing up or that opened more recently. Save this for your next trip.

Av. Molière, Pl. Brugmann, Av. Lepoutre and areas around are so nice to walk around and get lost.

@gratin.bxl is perfect for an early dinner with friends on a terrace on a sunny day. There’s always people, food is great and the staff is super friendly.

@batch.brussels I have a love/hate relationship with this place. But you can’t deny it’s beautifully decorated. Come here for a coffee, to work a little or later at night for dinner.

@maisonhannon is an iconic house for Belgian architecture. A must visit.

@mainsbxl has some of the best pastries in the city. Their bakery is right next to Bois de la Cambre, so grab a morning bun and go on a little walk.

@marinabautier is a little further down in St Gilles but is worth it. They sell some of my favourite magazines and have a little café in the front.

@tatar.restaurant is nice for a more special occasion. It’s located near Rue du Page (which I also love) but in a little more quiet street.

Maru is a Korean restaurant with the best best best food. My favourite!

@prose.studio is a vintage shop that also sells cool brands like @gimaguas. The owners are adorable and it’s located in a great street called Rue de Namur.

Nearby there’s the Petit Sablon, go there in the weekend and have lunch at @chez.richard on the terrace for the best people watching.

@lepetitmercadobxl is one of my favourite places to have lunch. The food is so good, and the cafe is very cozy.

@chez_franz is great for a Sunday hungover brunch or early drinks/apéro with friends.

Flagey is one of the hotspots to go out for drinks. @rebel_winebar is a little more chic, it’s a natural wine bar and has some food. @cafebelga is where younger people people, its always packed! Their red chairs are iconic in Brussels. I also love to go there in the morning on the weekend.

@graphiesudbrussels has very nice high end/niche brands. Great if you need to find a present.

@le.dillens has a great terrace. Lowkey but super cozy.

@ausavoy go here for quality Belgian food!!
