Designing a massive 2.5 lakh sq ft single floorplate across three levels presents a unique architectural challenge. How do you maintain human scale in such an expansive space?
For the new AON Bangalore office, the team at DC Studio tackled this by introducing deliberately curved workhall layouts, intelligent spatial hierarchies, and dynamic collaboration nodes.
Proudly holding both WELL and LEED Platinum ratings, this project shows what happens when sustainability, smart lighting, and spatial fluidity come together.

Take a tour of the completed space in our latest project documentary below! 🎥

Exciting Reveal: Inside the New Concentrix Workspace by DC Studio!

Step into our newly unveiled Concentrix facility in the heart of Hyderabad, where the rich echoes of the “City of Pearls” meet the pulse of a global tech hub. Located on the 15th floor of LSR Tudor, every corner hums with history, and every space pays homage to a city that seamlessly weaves royal heritage with modern innovation.

Wander down our corridors, framed by elegant Nizami-inspired arches, and you’ll discover a curated journey through time. These kinetic transitions are a tribute to Hyderabad’s global icons, framed by narratives of ambition and impact that inspire movement.

All around, the architecture tells its own tale. The workspace is richly ornamented with cultural references: intricate geometric jali work, ornate brass lanterns casting warm ambient light, and vibrant traditional masks that celebrate the region's artisan craftsmanship. From the subtle nods to Islamic architectural symmetry to the bold strokes of contemporary workspace design, every detail is a harmonious conversation between the regal past and the dynamic present.

This is more than a workplace. It’s a celebration of Hyderabad’s soul—culturally rooted, brilliantly innovative, artistic, and ever-evolving.

Come, take a walk with us. Let the space tell you its story.

CGI and VFX breakdown from our recent short film 'Color of the Light'.

For the classroom lecture visualization scenes, we first made rough sketches and based on those sketches, our CGI artist @dingo.blend did virtual modelling and animation in Blender, which we used in the final output.

We also did some practical effects, which we merged with the final scenes. Example: To show the photons exposing the photosensitive film, we tried to capture the real burst effect using gunpowder and small crackers. The trial was done with @thakur_wtf, and the final shots were taken on the rooftop of @somprakashsahu's house.

We also tried building some small physical models to create the microscopic world of digital sensors, but it was not effective, so we switched to virtual modelling, which was again done by @dingo.blend

This was, although a small portion, while making this short film, it kept the curiosity and motivation within us to keep thinking and creating more without being worried about how certain things will be executed, which poses a major challenge, especially for small independent filmmakers.

Please do tell us your thoughts in the comment section below.

The delusion to win the rat race had blinded me so much that I almost forgot what life really meant.

To feel the air rushing straight against the surface of my face....

At the heigh of 13,500 feet ... I couldn't breathe.. but I couldn't have been more alive.

A great design is only as good as its realization. The fine line between a cinematic render and the real built space. Bringing the initial spatial narrative to life at AON Bangalore, down to the exact lighting, materiality, and functional flow.
