🎙️ New episode out now!

This morning, we dropped our conversation on Dinner Party; a project that proves an all-star lineup doesn’t have to be loud to make an impact.

We talk about how the instrumentation carries the album, why the group chose restraint over grandiosity, and how Dinner Party: Dessert adds just enough vocal presence to satisfy the moments where you want a little more.

Watch or listen now on YouTube, Spotify, and Apple Podcasts.

Saturday, April 3, brings some wonderful musical partnerships to Big Ears 2027, alongside an extraordinary range of artists exploring music on their own terms.

From the rich traditions of Afro-Cuban jazz to intimate folk, adventurous guitar music, and a 12-hour immersion in Ragamala, there’s much to look forward to and plenty worth exploring more deeply before the weekend arrives.

Take a closer look at Saturday’s lineup and find Single-Day Passes at bigearsfestival.org

🧀 Raclette season is here! ❄️

Now that the temperature has dropped, there’s nothing quite like a cosy, warming dinner centred around melted cheese. And if you’re a cheese lover, raclette is pretty much the perfect winter dinner party. 🥔🧀✨

It’s so easy for the host — simply melt, pour and enjoy — while guests get to have fun creating their own plate. It’s a little bit novel, wonderfully indulgent, and always goes down a treat!

Traditionally, raclette is served with steaming potatoes, charcuterie and plenty of pickles — especially those wonderfully sharp, crunchy little cornichons. The salty, savoury charcuterie and tangy pickles are the perfect counterpoint to all that rich, gooey melted cheese. Add some good bread and a glass of wine, and you have a seriously delicious winter feast. 🍷🥔🥒

We recommend allowing 200g of raclette per person, so you can be generous with the cheese and really make an evening of it.

And a little extra good news: at On The Pigs Back, both in Douglas and at the English Market, we’re giving 10% off when you buy over 1kg of raclette. Perfect if you’re feeding a crowd!

Not in Cork? No problem! We ship our raclette nationwide, so you can enjoy raclette season wherever you are. 🧀🇮🇪

So… who’s ready to get melting? 🔥🧀
