Every time a major remake gets announced, everyone forgets that game studios are functional businesses governed by capacity limits, vendor contracts, and release roadmaps. Look at @capcomusa actual engineering bandwidth right now. They are actively shipping @capcomasia Onimusha: Way of the Sword, prepping @dragonsdogmagame updates, maintaining @streetfightergame 6, and already have Monster Hunter, ResidentEvil: Code Veronica, and Mega Man scheduled through 2027. Outsourcing a massive, high-stakes 1:1 remake of the most critical game in Nintendo’s entire IP portfolio isn't something Capcom just slots in as a side-hustle with a secondary b-team. Furthermore, @nintendoamerica vendor management model is notoriously tight. They do not hand over the source keys to their core IP crown jewels without keeping absolute control over production oversight, build pipelines, and strict milestones. Grezzo exists practically as an extension of Nintendo’s internal dev workflow. They are built specifically to take Nintendo's core design specs and execute them cleanly without blowing past schedule or scope. People want this to be a wild, game-industry crossover event, but studio allocation is an math problem, not a cinematic universe cameo. It’s Grezzo or an in-house Nintendo group running point with support studios doing the heavy lifting. #thezeldaocarinaoftime #thezeldacommunity
