I hated running.

Lifting weights? Yes.
Elliptical? Yes.
Walking? Bet.

But anything that requires moving at a pace that seemed unnatural was a very very very hard no.

And that’s exactly why I started.

To build my endurance,
To amplify my aerobic bank,
To tell myself I can do hard things.

And ~3 months later, I ran a PB 10km with @superpower5k10k and my long term friend @dipodm 🥹🤍

I ran with Franny in mind.
I ran with the solid stellar support of my husband and friends on ground @the_olu @__maamz @derantitejuoso and those from far @ursulasebastine @mide_tkh @kenny.lawanson @eddyanis_ @maudlyn_ @audris.h @laiqwa 🥰🥳

Little Tife will be very proud right now.
