This was my first time representing my college at a college fest for "Slam Poetry." As Prajakta recommended and Kartikey approached with belief in me, I said yes to participating. For someone who's hardly done that once in life, but with changing views and eyesight towards art, I approached the event with positivity and hope in my heart. Hope that whispered, "you can do this!" There's something about belief and time. You can only change the effect of their participation in your journey when they're in your hands. And most of the time, they aren't. I wanted the people who trusted me to keep trusting me. And I must say, I think now I'm confident that they do. It was my first time participating, maybe people usually do this stuff quite often when in college. Maybe I missed a few opportunities but can still do better by participating in the coming year. I still remember typing "I love you Mumma" to mom, just a few minutes before the prize distribution started. Thanks to each and everyone who cheered for me and made me feel loved. Y'all made my day! Thanks to my family and friends, Prajakta, Kartikey, Anushka, Simone, Kaustubh, Dev, Ishaan, Anarva, Grishma, Radhika, Shreya, all my seniors, batchmates and juniors who came for PR, my professors who always supported me, Friends from Ruia, Yogesh Ghole Sir who judged the event, fellow participants and Flamingo Ji for always believing in me. I am sure we have many more to come! For all the love, please take a bow and keep bestowing your blessings upon me as always. 🛐💗

Congratulations to everyone else who won some or the other event for our college. Not to forget, we were the only contingent college which won the 60 hours filmmaking event among the other colleges participating, alongside 2 other shortfilms which were produced from outside the college spectrum by fellow filmmakers. WE THE BEST!!! ❤️🥳

PS: Zayan and seniors from the previous year were totally missed. 🥹

16 and building in public 🚀
I'm Dhruvwin—a 16-year-old documenting the real journey of building myself before building anything else.
For 6 months, I watched creators like @poorvayyy @direactedbydev and @arpitsharmai from the sidelines. Now I'm stepping in.
This page is my proof of work:
→ Habits I'm forming
→ Mindset shifts I'm learning
→ Lessons from the trenches
→ Progress over perfection
If you're also building a better version of yourself, you're in the right place. Let's grow together.
Follow for the journey 📈
