@directedbyactionjackson_ shares his origin story on EDEN Sessions — how a high school digital media class, the 2016 SoundCloud era, and Cole Bennett’s groundbreaking work sparked his journey into music video production.

“I saw his work and was like, man, these videos and effects were so cool. I was like, I think I can do something like that.” 💫

That mindset took him from inspiration to creation. Now he’s one of the visual storytellers shaping our local scene.

“What’s your favorite video you’ve ever made?”

“Man, that’s like asking who’s your favorite kid.” 😂

Action Jackson has been shooting music videos for 6+ years, working with artists like Loskiii and Lul Jaydoe. From “Box Truck Music” to his latest work—every project hits different.

But his real goal? Making feature films.

Sat down with Action Jackson at EDEN to talk about the creative journey. 🎬

We covered a lot of ground in this conversation - his influences, where he’s headed in the next 5 years, how AI is changing the creative landscape, and how “Action Jackson” even became a name in the first place.

What stood out most? His authenticity. No filters, no rehearsed answers - just real talk about what it takes to keep creating in 2025.

This is what EDEN Sessions is about: documenting the stories behind the work, the people behind the art, and the vision behind the hustle.

Full interview will be featured on our new platform - coming to a web browser near you soon. 👀

Stay tuned for the launch. You won’t want to miss this.
