The only people who downplay other’s achievements are those who don’t know this feeling…

Or this feeling…

Or this feeling…

So about yesterday…

🥇class win in junior BB
🥇class win in classic short
🗡️overall win
💳FitX pro card

Not a bad day eh?

Better look than two weeks ago - sharper and fuller, but there’s still a lot more we can push fullness wise, it seems like my body is going to need a ridiculous amount of food to be bursting😭

Might sound good to you but my appetite is still kinda cooked 🤣 900c in today and probably tomorrow as well…

Most fun show I’ve done, super well ran and felt very well looked after which is always a plus. Overall a great day out too meeting and stepping on stage with a number of great athletes!

Second show of the season, let’s get even better into the next.

Big thank you to the man steering the ship as always @reecefit

Big thank you to my no1 supporter @phoebe.milesxo and wonderful mum, love ya both x

On to the next 🙂‍↔️

Not everyone gets along with a traditional glute cable kickback…

Give these high-to-low kickbacks a go and you won’t look back 🍑

One of the most idiot-proof lat machines I’ve ever used 👊🏻

The Cybex Eagle Lat Row is one of those machines that just makes it fucking difficult to get it wrong.

If you’re someone who struggles to actually feel your lats working, especially through the lower lat, give this machine a go.

The setup and movement make it really easy to get into a strong position, keep tension where you want it and actually connect with the lat rather than just moving weight.

And that’s the important bit…
You don’t always need more exercises.
Sometimes you just need to find the right exercise for your body.

If you have access to one of these, I’d definitely recommend getting it into your rotation 📈

If you’re serious about transforming your body:
