Some stories are meant to come home.

Last fall, I had the privilege of serving as Script Supervisor on a film that was built by an incredible cast and crew with deep Cleveland roots. Some still proudly call Cleveland home, while others returned to the city that helped shape them to tell a story that could only be told here.

This film was set in Cleveland, filmed in Cleveland, and brought to life by people who know this city—not just as a backdrop, but as home.

I’m incredibly honored to share that our film has been named an Official Selection of the Greater Cleveland Urban Film Festival.

There couldn’t be a more meaningful place for this film to be screened. It’s coming home to Cleveland, the Jewel of the Erie Shore—to the streets that inspired it, the neighborhoods that shaped it, and the community that helped bring it to life.

Congratulations to our amazing cast, crew, and everyone who believed in this project. Whether you never left Cleveland or found your way back to tell this story, this moment belongs to all of you.

A Cleveland story. Made by Cleveland talent. Coming home to Cleveland. 🎬❤️ #MeetMeInDALAND #GCUFF2026 #PickMeUpADJ #Cleveland

The movie I filmed in Ohio in September is having a premiere Sunday. I am so excited!
I am ready for every wonderful thing the universe has to offer me.
I hope this is just the beginning. I have been trying so hard.

I’m still riding that cloud I was invited to! Still can’t believe I got to experience this and be part of this amazing project! Such a deep and reflective story by an amazing creative mind. The talent you ask, well it speaks for itself. So many talented souls and their hearts are so big. It has stirred the embers of my own creativity. I can’t wait to see this all polished and glittering. I can’t wait for the world to see it. God has smiled on this in so many ways and I’m proud, hounred, and humbled to be part of it. @yanna_on_set @lejonism @coquito_moreno_ @directedbyrick @0824_seddysed @bubba_taylor247 @curtisedlin @pirtleja @livvierose444 @iam_alomod @in_dew_time87 @nikki_cheree1

“Telephone” is a rapid-fire sketch comedy series built around the hilarious chaos of phone calls. Each sketch takes a modern conversation and spirals it into an absurd, unforgettable comedic nightmare. With a diverse cast and a vibrant, urban aesthetic, the show delivers witty dialogue, wild premises, and sharp humor that proves the simplest calls can lead to the biggest laughs.

Some people chase clout. I chase checks and purpose.
I’ve been broke, I’ve been focused only one of those pays.

This ain’t about being flashy.
It’s about being free.

🎯 Focus up.
💼 Build slow.
💰 Stack heavy.
