GREATEST HITS Vol. 1 DEGEN EDITION

Its somebody's birthday sumwhere right...

Where do I start to say the least 2025 has been a challenging year 🤔 for me. It seems that there's just one obstacle after another, but im still standing and im still breathing so there must be a reason ✨️..

I started the year of great quit smoking for 3 weeks and only drank twice and went to bed both times without it turning into a bender. Then I went on a trip my birthplace the City of the Champ 🏆 💪 Edmonton itself. That's when I ending up sliding right back down into the vortex 🌀🌪 of drugs and alcohol 🍺👃❄️🥃🎈🍄🍸 #1111

That all came to a head when I essentially overdosed on GHB and passed out on the floor, lost consciousness and stopped breathing after having a seizure. I woke up to 4 paramedics 🚑 in my face and several friends not having any clue 🙃 what had transpired. That was most definitely a wake up call and after that I sobered up. I stayed sober 😔 for 9 days. #change

After 9 days I ended up on another benderino and things were up and down for the next couple months mostly down, but I definitely had a new perspective on things with a motivation for actual change for once in my life and wanted this for myself not just to please others. So, a week ago I woke up after another long bendy Saturday to Saturday with about 5 hrs sleep in between, couple meals and whole lot of my favorite things 🤐. #action

When i rose up I decided that this time I was actually going to stick to it and make some serious changes as I write this im 7days sober and when I post it on the 21st it will be 9days my goal is to make it atleast 21 days and then reassess from there. So, right now im taking the time 2 heal my body N mind and get back on my grind. Never say never, but im committed to do better so this my open letter. #goals

I haven't posted much lately so i've decided to start sharing more in the future. So, i'm going to start with my official #GreatestHits series every Monday during my trip down the sober train 🚞 so enjoy 😉 the ride and stay awhile 👌 #history
