Last night at @awakenhaunt was absolutely amazing, from getting to do through the full attraction to connecting with so many new horror fans to getting a group photo with the full cast at the end of the night. Full photo retrospective later today, but in the meantime, I could not let the morning go by without giving my most sincere heartfelt thanks to everyone involved in a truly magical night. If you can only make it out to one more (or only) haunted house this year, make sure it is this one! Top tier attraction and staff! More photos and discussion soon! #awakenhaunt #dirkmanning #supportgoodhorror

Great time last night watching the amazing, raw, insightful documentary by @joshmalerman To All the Books. It was a creative jolt of inspiration being around him and my super talented, bad ass writer friend @dirkmanning. Sometimes you just need to be around creative auras to just get you back on track. Hope to see the doc on all platforms soon.

What an amazing time at New York Comic Con! I've finally settled in back home and got caught up on work enough to go through my pics.

The convention was crazy busy all week, I wish I could have seen more of it. I had a blast. Killer Cosplay was a big hit at its first major convention. I got to meet some great people and spend time with old and new friends, and ate a lot of great food. Until next year NYCC, you were awesome.

Really great time at @newyorkcomiccon

Had a blast and with very little photos I’ve taken, I’ve decided to draw those I was able to meet in the convention. Might have forgotten a few, but that means I’ll draw them too.

Hope to do it again next year

Feels like we just scratched the surface of the many talented artists and writers that we were able to see at NYCC! Believe it or not, but four days really isn't enough time.

Day Four of @newyorkcomiccon involved getting more books to more people, making new friends, saying temporary goodbyes until next year, (latest), and then loading out in the rain, as life on the road is not always glamorous. They being said, it is always worth it, and I am always grateful. NYCC rocked, and I may do a final postmortem tomorrow... but for now, I rest. Thank you to all of you who continue to support me on this journey we are taking together. Sincerely... and get ready for FROG SWEAT at the end of this month. #newyorkcomiccon #dirkmanning #sourcepointpress #makecomics #EmbraceTheH8

Continuing my theme of celebrating coming up on 10 years #cancer free by celebrating awesome people that put up with the #pineapple shenanigans…let’s show some love for the real bad asses out there. Authors. Putting pen to paper, or finger to keyboard and creating is way harder than most people realize. It’s also like putting yourself out there naked for the world to see and judge. So, to have that strength, talent and also just being some cool cats….my fronds off to you.

Yes, @brianearts tried to take a bite out of me every time.

Also, @stickfreeks series “Extra!” will leave you with emotional damage…but it’s a good thing.
