we really did it! I’ll never get over working with this talented cast and crew. It was their time, energy and passion that made any of this possible.

June → October 🩷

These past five months have gone by so fast, and it’s reminded me how important it is to pause, reflect, and check in with your life and your goals.

Would June me be proud of October me?
Absolutely 🥹

I’ve grown so much mentally, physically, and emotionally. I’ve prioritized my health, became a certified personal trainer, and launched my coaching business 🦋✨ (PINCH ME!!!)

Behind every smile, concert photo, or gym selfie are countless study sessions, moments of doubt, and times I pushed myself when I felt like giving up. That’s where the real growth happened.

Five months ago, it was just a plan.
Five years ago, it was just a dream.
And now… it’s become reality 💫

Here’s what I’ve learned:
Stop waiting for the “perfect moment.” There isn’t one.
Start now. Start messy. Start imperfect. Just start, time is going to fly by anyway, so you might as well focus on your dreams 💕

Because when you start to take action, even the tiniest step, everything starts to shift.

To everyone who has joined a challenge, signed up for coaching with me, or supported me in any way, thank you from the bottom of my heart. You’ve helped my dreams come true 🦋
