📚 A good book, warm toast, and a little hometown love. That’s our kind of morning, Burien! ❤️

The Jam Man is making some sweet little stops around town! We’re leaving complimentary 2-ounce jars of McCormick Jam Co. preserves at neighborhood little libraries and community pantries—small surprises for the neighbors who make this place home.

Seeing our little jars tucked beside books makes us smile. We love the thought of someone finding their next favorite read, taking home a jar, and enjoying a quiet moment with jam and toast. From our family to yours, we hope it makes your day a little sweeter. 🍞🍊

Burien has given our family so much love, and we’re happy to share some right back.

📍 Where should we stop next? Know a little library or neighborhood pantry that would welcome some jam? Drop its location or tag its caretaker below!

Share this reel with a Burien neighbor, and if you find a jar, we’d love to see what you’re reading with it! ❤️

A good book, jam and toast, and a little hometown love. 📚🍞❤️

Burien is our hometown, and one of the sweetest parts of making jam is getting to share it with our neighbors!

We’re making our way around town, dropping off little 2-ounce jars at neighborhood little free libraries and community food pantries. If you spot one, take it home and enjoy! A little something from our McCormick Jam Co. family to yours. ❤️

📍 Where should we stop next? Know a little free library or food pantry around Burien that would welcome some jam? Share its location in the comments, tag the person who runs it, or send us a message—we’d love to add more stops!

Share this reel with a Burien neighbor and help us spread a little sweetness. There’s plenty of hometown love to go around! 🫶

Hot pot, but make it YOUR way 🍲🤤✨

Had such a fun meal at Broth and Bowls in Burien! You get to build your own bowl with your favorite meats, seafood, veggies, and noodles, then choose from flavorful broth options like Tom Yum, curry, mushroom, tomato, and more. 🥬🍜🦐

I love that you can customize your bowl exactly how you like it—and the sauce bar lets you add even more flavor! 🌶️✨

Whether you’re craving something comforting, fresh, spicy, or packed with seafood, there are so many ways to create your perfect bowl. 💕🥢

📍 15720 1st Ave S, Burien, WA

Would you build your bowl veggie-heavy, seafood-loaded, or a little bit of everything? 👀🍲

✨ JUST SOLD! 🏡🔑

Some real estate transactions are extra special because they’re about so much more than buying a home — they’re about starting a whole new chapter.

I’m especially grateful to celebrate this Just Sold with a dear community friend and clients who made the exciting move from Portland, Oregon to the Greater Puget Sound area, embracing a new community, a career change, and the opportunity to build an incredible new life here in the PNW. 🌲

Helping someone you care about navigate such a meaningful time in life is a true honor. From the first conversation to finding the one, I’m so proud of the journey and SO excited for everything that comes next!

Here’s to new beginnings, new adventures, and a place to call home. 🥂

Congratulations, my friends! Welcome to the neighborhood, and your next chapter!

Buying in Burien, near the Sea-Tac flight path? Here are 7 checks I'd run before writing an offer.

Planes are part of daily life this close to the airport. That's a real factor, and it's fair to look hard at it.

1. Visit on 2 different days. Planes take off and land into the wind. The Port of Seattle says Sea-Tac runs south flow about 65% of the year.

2. Track flights with PublicVue, the Port's free flight tracker.

3. Read the title report for an avigation easement. It's recorded on title and stays with the home.

4. Know the seller disclosure. Washington's current form has no airport noise question. It does ask about easements.

5. Look at the build year. Homes built before September 6, 1987, inside the Port's Noise Remedy Boundary, may qualify for the Port's Sound Insulation Program. Call 206-787-5393.

6. Have the windows and doors inspected. The Port has insulated homes near Sea-Tac since 1985.

7. Know Burien's code. New homes need aircraft noise reduction of 25 to 35 dB, depending on the area.

General information only. For legal questions, ask a real estate attorney.

Questions about a specific Burien home? Drop them below, or text & DM me. That's what I'm here for.
