We spent the day at The Wilson at Meliá Orlando Celebration enjoying their Halloween-themed food and drinks, a pirate-inspired cocktail for me, a fun mocktail for my daughter, and all the poolside vibes! 🍹🍍🌴

From the Dead Men Tell No Tales cocktail to the Ahoy Matey! mocktail, themed bites, local vendors, and those poolside views, this was such a fun way to celebrate spooky season! 🦇✨

I Had the absolute best night @cuephoriabilliards ! Massive billiards space, delicious food, and incredible service. Major shoutout to Eric behind the bar his hospitality was 10/10 all night! 🙌

Fall at the farm 🍂🌾

We spent today at the 4th annual @4rootsfarmcampus Harvest Festival, bringing together local farmers, food vendors, makers and families for a full day at the farm.

There was their weekly farmer’s market filled with fresh produce and local goods, live music, a pumpkin patch, crafts, costume contests and plenty happening throughout the campus.

One of my favorite parts of 4Roots is getting to experience where food, agriculture and the Orlando community all come together in one place!

Some nights just hit different, and last night at Windermere Brewing was one of them!

A fresh jalapeño smashed burger from Smash Brothers, a cold Capsize Pale Ale, and live music that set the perfect vibe. What more could you ask for?

The Capsize Pale Ale was the perfect pairing for a burger packed with flavor, bringing that refreshing craft beer experience to an evening full of great food, good company, and local love.

And the soundtrack to the night? @rickkrasowski ! A talented Orlando guitarist, vocalist, and songwriter known for his soulful sound, powerful vocals, and rock and blues roots. Give him a follow if you love live music and discovering local talent!

Big thanks to @windermerebrewingco for another great evening. We love being part of a community that brings people together over incredible food, craft beer, and live music.

Good burgers. Great beer. Live music. That’s a recipe for a perfect night.

Looking for a unique Airbnb in Florida? 🐬 The Kingfisher Burrow (@the_kingfisher_burrow) is one of the most unique stays we’ve visited. It’s a floating house about an hour and a half from Orlando in the Grant-Valkaria area on Florida’s Space Coast!

This boat-access-only getaway has water views and a wraparound deck for watching wildlife and sunsets.
Here’s what to know before booking:

💵 Stay: $250 per night
🚤 Boat transportation to and from the house is included
🛏️ Two queen beds—one on the main level and one upstairs in the loft
🚿 Full bathroom with a shower and hot water
❄️ Air conditioning
📶 Starlink internet and a Smart TV
☕ Nespresso machine, microwave, small fridge and freezer
🛶 Included kayak, plus board games for downtime
A little heads-up: This is an off-grid floating home, and the marine toilet requires pumping rather than a traditional flush. It’s best for anyone comfortable with a few boat-life quirks as part of the adventure!

Want a boat to use during your stay? Bring your own boat or add a pontoon for $300 per night, or $250 per night when renting for two or more nights. The pontoon rental is separate from the included transportation.

We also went bioluminescent kayaking during our visit. The glowing water was a highlight! Bioluminescence is seasonal, and visibility varies, so research the timing and ask about conditions before planning your stay around it.

Central Florida, I have been hearing about @apocalypsecoffeeroasters in the Space Coast for so long and I finally got to try it! From the cozy vibes to the friendly service and scrumptious coffee, this coffee spot is one for the books. For my drink, I got the Purple Utopia which was a smooth Lavender Dark Chocolate coffee that had a relaxing taste that made me feel satiated and happy to start my morning off. I also got a Chocolate Drizzled Glaze Cronut which was so good I could still taste it to this day. If you ever stop by this spot, be sure to tell ‘em that Nikko from @foodonthespectrum sent you and follow me for more Central Florida foodie finds!
