⚓ One of the Lowcountry’s best waterfront events is back this weekend!

The 37th Annual Georgetown Wooden Boat Show returns October 17-18 to historic downtown Georgetown, bringing more than 100 classic wooden boats to the waterfront and Front Street.

From beautifully crafted boats and live demonstrations to boatbuilding competitions, rowing races, maritime arts, local food, and activities for the kids, there’s plenty to explore throughout the weekend.

You can also check out the Spirit of South Carolina tall ship and enjoy a closer look at the craftsmanship and maritime history that make this event so special.

🗺️ A little road trip from Charleston took us to a client showing in Murrells Inlet — with a story you won’t find in your typical listing description…

𝘈 𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘣𝘪𝘥𝘥𝘦𝘯 𝘭𝘰𝘷𝘦. 𝘈 𝘭𝘰𝘴𝘵 𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘨. 𝘈𝘯𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘭𝘦𝘨𝘦𝘯𝘥 𝘰𝘧 𝘈𝘭𝘪𝘤𝘦 𝘍𝘭𝘢𝘨𝘨. 💍

One of the most famous and enduring ghost stories of South Carolina:
Alice fell in love with a man her family considered beneath her social standing. She secretly wore his engagement ring on a ribbon around her neck — but when she became gravely ill, her disapproving brother discovered it and threw it away.

Alice died shortly afterward. Her spirit is said to still wander in search of that ring. 👀

Come along for a peek inside — including Alice’s bedroom window. Beautiful rooms, moss-draped oaks, and a little extra… character.

We spent the weekend in Georgetown and had so much fun!

We had a FAST & FUN afternoon with Andre on the water!!!! @acquajet_watersports is
one of the most fun things you can do around here on the river! Andre’ is the best! He has several different tours and lengths of tours to choose from. Take your friends, take your family, it is so fun! He is so professional and knows these rivers like the back of his hand. His jet-skis are so comfortable, large and they have compartments to put all of your things in to stay dry!
Today we got into the water in Pawleys and rode to downtown Georgetown and back. He’s so good at taking you different ways to see and experience different things!
