Singapore, you weren’t quite what I expected, but you gave me something special anyway. 💜🐺

A huge thank you to Singapore and especially to @dishu912 who showed up for our very first HERD run! 🏃‍♀️

The haze was really bad that day, as you can see in the pictures, and I completely understand why the other girls decided not to join. It definitely wasn’t the Singapore we usually see in those beautiful pictures. 🌫️

But sometimes, the most meaningful beginnings don’t look the way we imagined them.

I still enjoyed every moment of my short stopover, and I’m so happy I got to meet you and take the first little step towards building HERD in Singapore. 💜

HERD is about finding your people wherever you go. About women connecting through running, supporting one another and creating a community that goes beyond borders.

This time, it was just two of us. Next time, I hope there will be many more. 🐺

Singapore, I hope to be back soon to grow HERD with you and bring more women together through running.

Come as you are. Find your herd. 💜🌍

Under the lights at Serangoon Stadium — another Tuesday, another session of disciplined miles and purposeful speed. Every rep brings the crew closer, one stride at a time.

Show up. Put in the work. Run it back.

The track doesn’t care about yesterday’s excuses—only today’s effort.

Every rep is a promise to become stronger, every lap a reminder that progress is earned, not given. Keep showing up, keep trusting the process, and let the work speak for itself.

See you next Tuesday. 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️🔥

Early miles. Good company. Endless energy.

Grateful for another morning with the Nike Swoosh community at VivoCity—where every run is about more than just the distance. Chasing progress, sharing stories, and enjoying every step together.

See you at the next one. 🖤🏃‍♂️
